Ukes of Hazzard Rock Google and FreFest, PLUS New Video Teasers!

It’s with immense pride that we can report that our ukulele party band, The Ukes of Hazzard performed their first gig for one of Google’s legendary parties at their Pancras Square offices in London at the beginning of June – not a bad way to start off! The lads knocked out a bunch of 50’s and 60’s pop classics on their ukuleles, and brought the party home with some more contemporary tunes too!

Onwards and upwards – and quite literally – check out this new teasers from their upcoming promotional videos… Stay tuned for the finished articles!

And at the beginning of August the chaps rocked out at FreFest in Aylesbury in support of the Fremantle Trust – a local charity providing first class care for the elderly and adults with learning disabilities. It was a beautiful day, and the guys went down really well playing their uke-tunes with a twist!

Keep an eye out for the boys as they perform at The Parklife Weekend in Vale Park, Aylesbury, on Saturday 27th August. They’ll be on stage at 13:00, and it’s a free event with fun for the whole family – see you there!

Cliveden House – the perfect venue

Cliveden House is simply one of the most exquisite venues in the whole of the United Kingdom.

Our musicians have had the privilege to perform for many events here over the last few years including lots of weddings, Christmas and New Year celebrations and Children In Need Ferrari drives with Chris Evans.

This exceptional venue is complemented perfectly with the surrounding grounds and gardens which are impeccably kept. The walled garden and swimming pool are an oasis of calm, slightly separate from the rest of the facilities.

We have performed throughout the main building including on the terrace for drinks receptions, in the Great Hall for dancing and parties, and the Library, Restaurant, and French Dining Room all of which have been for gentle background music.

The staff there are exceptional. They are efficient, very friendly, and prepared to go the extra mile to serve the guests of the hotel.

Whether you are organising a wedding or corporate entertainment, you can be sure that Cliveden will not fail to impress your guests with its incredible beauty and attention to detail.

Jazz Juice Trio at the Institute of Directors

This evening out Jazz Juice trio performed at the magnificent Institute of Directors on Pall Mall, London.

The chaps were there to provide background music for the annual Association of Women Chartered Secretaries summer party and networking event.

The IoD is a beautiful building, and the perfect setting for a quality evening of entertainment. It provides a fantastic backdrop to entertain clients, and the addition of a jazz combo like ours really makes a huge difference.

The guys played tunes such as Beatrice, Dolphin Dance, and A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square, and it seemed to go down very well, since the loudest cheer during the Chairman’s thank you speech was received by the band!
